**  NEW PROCESS STARTING SPRING 2026 – PLEASE READ **

We’re introducing a new process designed to improve communication and provide more timely mooring service.

What’s changing?
Instead of asking you to request a launch date, we will now assign a launch date for each mooring.

In the next few weeks, you’ll receive an email from us with the subject line “2026 Launch Date.” That email will:

•     List the date your mooring(s) will be ready

•   Be based on your launch history from the past three years

What you need to do:

1.  Watch for the “2026 Launch Date” email

2.  If the assigned date works for you, no action is needed.

3.  If the date does not work, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than March 1, 2026, to see if we can accommodate a different date as our schedule fills quickly during our busiest period (mid-May through mid-June)
